About Everkleen
Cleaning and demolition, under one roof since 2016
Everkleen Holdings LLC is a New Jersey cleaning, demolition and site-services contractor based in Toms River. We work for general contractors, builders, property managers, schools, shuls and businesses across Ocean and Monmouth County, and anywhere in New Jersey for the right job.
Who we are
We started in cleaning. Demolition followed.
Everkleen was founded in 2016 as a post-construction and deep-cleaning company. The same clients who hired us to turn over a finished space started asking us to take spaces apart too, so we added demolition, concrete cutting and core drilling, with our own operators and equipment.
Because we came to demolition from the cleaning side, our sites get cleaned as we go rather than at the end. The trade behind us gets a broom-clean handoff, and the owner gets a site that passes inspection.
Our janitorial side keeps buildings in service on a schedule, worked around the hours people are in them. Schools, shuls, stores and offices use us for nightly and weekly cleaning, and the same crews handle the bigger once-a-year jobs like floors, carpets and ducts.
Everkleen is owner-operated. When you call, you reach people who know the crews, the equipment and the schedule, and who will tell you straight whether we can hit your date.
