Post-Construction & Site Work
The handoff between built and ready. We come in after the trades and make the space deliverable.
Post-construction and deep cleaning — rough, final and touch-up cleans. Dust, adhesive, sticker and overspray removal, fixture and glass detail.
Site clean-up — debris removal, sweep-down and haul-off so the site is inspection-ready.
Power washing — exterior surfaces, walkways and equipment pads.
Demolition & Concrete
Selective and structural demolition with our own operators and equipment.
Interior and exterior demolition — strip-outs, selective demo and full structure teardowns.
Concrete cutting and core drilling — wall and slab sawing for openings and penetrations, and clean cores for the plumbing, electrical and mechanical trades that follow us.
Janitorial & Facility Care
Recurring and one-time work that keeps a building in service.
Janitorial cleaning — scheduled service for schools, shuls, stores and offices.
Floor stripping and waxing — strip, seal and finish on VCT and similar.
Carpet cleaning — commercial extraction.
Duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning — including multifamily and institutional.
